Once you make a hire, there is a 30 day grace period to confirm the right hire was made - and if they aren’t a fit; we continue the process again until the position is filled at no extra charge. This is a one-time, up-front, flat fee service; no commissions, no staffing arrangement hassles, and no complicated paperwork.
